Daniel Bosch Joins LSU Law as New Advocacy Fellow
July 31, 2020Daniel Bosch, a 2020 LSU Law graduate and Order of the Barristers inductee, will remain at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center as the new Advocacy Fellow. Louisiana’s four law schools urge Louisiana Supreme Court to adopt emergency-admission rule in response to bar exam cancellation
July 16, 2020The leaders of Louisiana’s four law schools are urging the Louisiana Supreme Court to adopt an emergency-admission rule for law students who recently graduated and are being adversely impacted by the announcement on Wednesday that the state’s July 27 bar examination has been cancelled. “Within an hour of the Court’s announcement yesterday, each of us witnessed the impact on our graduates of learning that the bar examination had been canceled without any clear path forward for them to begin their professional careers. Since 1938, Louisiana Law Review has served as Louisiana’s flagship legal journal and has become a vibrant forum for scholarship in comparative and civil law topics. The journal currently ranks in the top 200 student-edited journals, and among the top 100 journals for the highest number of cases citing to a law review.
