Three LSU Law students are traveling to Texas this weekend to attend the Houston Marine and Energy Insurance Conference, which annually attracts top talent in the marine, energy insurance and admiralty law industries.
The HMEI conference will serve as an opportunity for students who are interested in working in the field to network and learn about practicing in maritime. Admiralty and maritime practitioners will be in attendance to share advice and answer questions from students and professionals.
The group will be led by Daniel Bosch, president of the Maritime and Admiralty Law Society, who jumped on the opportunity after HMEI officials contacted LSU Law’s Alumni Relations office with the proposition.
The conference will be held from Sunday to Tuesday. Get complete conference details.
