Just as our men’s and women’s basketball teams have been successful on the national scene, it’s been a championship season for the LSU Law Center, as well! In the court we play in, three student teams emerged from national moot court tournaments as national champions.
Taking first place honors in diverse competitions throughout the year were: the International Criminal Court Team; the National Environmental Law Team; and the American Bar Association Law Student Tax Challenge Team.
In winning, LSU defeated teams from over 100 law schools, including those from traditional top-tier law schools throughout the country.
The LSU Law Center salutes its three national championship teams, its faculty, alumni and friends who generously give time and expertise in coaching and mentoring our students.
