As part of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer’s Foreign Attorney Program, our Washington, DC office is seeking foreign attorneys (including LLM applicants) fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with strong writing skills in both languages, to work with the International Arbitration and/or International Corporate groups in a temporary position to last approximately six months.
- The arbitration practice includes ICC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL rules cases, among others.
- The corporate practice includes corporate transactions related to both inbound and outbound investment, as well as banking and capital markets transactions.
- Through the Foreign Attorney Program, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer seeks to develop mutually advantageous relationships with attorneys in countries around the world.
- Candidates will have at a minimum, bar membership in the foreign attorney’s home country and preferably the addition of an ABA accredited LLM program from a US law school.
