Audiovisual Support for Law Center Events
Audiovisual support is available for events hosted within the Law Center, including the setup of audio and video equipment and video recording services in designated rooms such as the Robinson Courtroom and McKernan Auditorium. Our team can assist with ensuring that your event runs smoothly with the necessary AV equipment.
For A/V setup and assistance, submit your request through the calendar request form. The tech staff will receive your request and confirm your A/V needs via follow-up email. For meetings or events not added to the online calendar, please email lawedtech@lsu.edu to request A/V equipment and assistance at least 14 days before your event.
For any event involving A/V, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to ensure everything is functioning properly and confirming A/V requirements with your guest(s) at least one week prior to the event.
