The Donna W. Lee Professorship in Family Law was established at the LSU Law Center in the name of 1972 alumna Donna W. Lee and approved by the LSU Board of Supervisors in 2006. Donna Lee received her undergraduate degree from LSU College of Arts and Sciences in 1969. Lee has a Baton Rouge family law practice with the firm “Lee & Walsh, Attorneys and Legal Services.” Donna’s husband, David R. Pitts, made a donation to the LSU Foundation to establish this professorship at the LSU Law Center in the name of his wife. This professorship will be dedicated for a professor in family law.
