Major John Zachary Blanchard, Jr., and his wife, Cynthia, established the Zach and Cynthia Blanchard Scholarship for the Study of Law in 2015. Zach is a 1981 graduate of the LSU Law Center.
Recipients of the scholarship must be full time students enrolled in the Law Center, and financial shall be a consideration.
Zach and Cynthia reside in Shreveport, and Zach is in private practice in Bossier.
