It’s the LSU 2020 Day of Caring and Giving!

What does the LSU spirit “look” like? We called on Jim Roy, a 1976 LSU Law graduate and a former president of the LSU Board of Supervisors, to share his thoughts.

“The foundation of my professional success began with my LSU Law school education. I am profoundly grateful for that great legal education. I give to LSU Law because I want to give back to the institution that has helped me so much, and by doing so I can help LSU Law continue to deliver a strong legal education to its students,” says Roy, whose wife, Ginger, is also passionate about LSU.

The unrestricted gift Jim made during the 2019 Day of Giving helped to underwrite scholarships for our students. If you’re ready to roar and current circumstances allow you to support our LSU Law student scholarship program, please visit our Day of Caring and Giving page and make a gift to support LSU Law students.

And please continue to follow our social media posts throughout the day on Facebook and Twitter, and share our stories.
