A delegation of Nigerian Senators visited the LSU Law Center on May 9 to discuss oil and energy laws and regulations.
Nigeria is considering revising its petroleum laws, and the delegation came to the United States to learn about oil and gas regulation in the United States. LSU Law professor Keith Hall, professor emeritus Patrick Martin and Energy Law Center special advisor Mark Boudreaux greeted the group of 16 Nigerian senators and advisors/consultants.
The Nigerian delegation came to the U.S. in a program supported by the State Department.
