Students enrolled in the LSU Law Parole and Prisoner Re-Entry Clinic were sworn in by Chief Judge Brian A. Jackson of the United States District Court of the Middle District of Louisiana on February 5, 2014. The students are certified to practice law pursuant to Louisiana Supreme Court Rule XX and will represent clients before the Louisiana Board of Pardon and Parole. Pictured are James Farris, Jeffery Harper, Claire Murray, Christopher Iwobi, Kimberly Sheppard, Clare Svendson, Maggie Webster, and Emily Dixon.
Keith Nordyke, Adjunct Clinical Professor, and Robert Lancaster, Professor of Professional Practice, will supervise the students.
