Reunion Weekend
The 2016 Reunion Weekend for the classes of 1976, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2005 and 2011 will be held Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. A free CLE, along with a Class Reunion Reception and Dinner, will be held on Friday. Saturday will feature the All-Alumni Tailgate and annual Hats 'n Canes Toast starting at 2 p.m. on the grounds of the Law Center. |

LSU Law Students Lend a Hand During Fall Day of Service
About 75 LSU Law students traveled to six areas around Baton Rouge to lend a hand during the Public Interest Law Society's annual Fall Day of Service on Aug. 27. Students, faculty and staff donated their time with Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent DePaul, BREC's Farr Park, and Cat Haven. Students and staff working with Habitat for Humanity tore down drywall, removed flooring and sprayed mold prevention in a house destroyed by recent flooding in the Baton Rouge area. |

20 LSU Law Students Nominated for Membership in Wex Malone Inn of Court
Twenty LSU Law students were recently nominated for membership in the Wex Malone Inn of Court based on their performance during the LSU Law Center's annual Trial Advocacy Program. The Wex Malone Inn of Court is one of the 175 chapters of the American Inns of Court, an organization of attorneys dedicated to improving professionalism in the bench and bar. |
