Rubin Named 2007 LSU Law Center Distinguished Alumnus of the Year
July 2, 2007Michael H. Rubin of Baton Rouge has been named the LSU Law Center’s 2007 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. Chancellor John J. Costonis announced the selection at the last meeting of the Law Center’s Alumni Board of Trustees. This award is given annually to the alumnus who exemplifies the highest quality and ethical standards of the legal profession and whose personal and professional achievements bring distinction to Louisiana and to the Law Center. Professor Litvinoff Inducted into Argentine Academy
July 2, 2007Professor Saúl Litvinoff was recently inducted into the Argentine National Academy of Legal Science. He gave a lecture on Otra Mirada al derecho angloamericano. Professor Litvinoff also lectured at the Austral University and the University of Buenos Aires.
