Congratulations to the Law Center’s NBLSA Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition team, who placed as Quarterfinalists at the Southern regional rounds of the competition, which were held Jan. 20-23 in Durham, NC. The NBLSA team consists of students Kathryn Jakuback, Hannah Marler, Kiara Taite, and Kendale Thompson. The team was coached by Mr. Michael Heier (’13) of the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Morgan Lamandre of Sexual Trauma Awareness & Response (STAR), and Professor John Devlin.
