LSU Law SBA Raises More Than $3,500 for BRAF Flood Relief Fund

Students hug and celebrate with trees and the LSU Law Center in the backgroundThe LSU Law Student Bar Association’s Athletic Committee raised more than $3,500 during its annual Powder Puff Charity Auction on Friday, with all of those proceeds going to the Baton Rouge Area Foundation Flood Relief Fund.

The charity auction was held at Uncle Earl’s Bar and sponsored by Fred’s in Tigerland. Businesses in Baton Rouge donated their services to be auctioned off for the flood relief fund, and those businesses include Raising Cane’s, Benny’s Car Wash & Oil Change, Street Breads, Barcadia, The Kolache Kitchen, Fat Cow, Jimmy John’s, Pluckers Wing Bar, Ivar’s Sports Bar, Caliente Mexican Craving, Maxwell’s Market, Mellow Mushroom, TJ Ribs, Tio Javi’s, Varsity Sports, Great Raft Brewing, and ZAZA
