Each year, law schools are invited by the America Law Institute to select a student for the American Law Institute CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award. This award is intended to recognize the law student in the graduating class who best represents a combination of scholarship and leadership.

Amond graduated Magna Cum Laude and a member of the Order of the Coif. In addition, she was editor-in-chief of the Louisiana Law Review for Volume 76 and exceeded more than 50 hours of pro bono service while at LSU.
