According to the Law Review staff, a podcast is essentially a digital radio show. Listeners can access podcasts from our website or from iTunes, using a computer or a smart phone. Unlike traditional radio programs, listeners can access recorded shows whenever and wherever one might be, with ability to pause and restart as desired. According to the Law Review, “[Listeners can} think of it as a modern and more convenient radio show—a radio show that is actually citable, per The Bluebook.”

Guy Holdridge, Skip Philips and Donald Price on 6 Things to Know About the New MSJ Article; Prof. A.N.
