Administration of the Grant

Upon award notification, recipients are required to sign an LRAP agreement regarding employment and eligibility and provide their social security numbers. LRAP grants are disbursed after the 12-month period of qualifying employment, contingent on the following: receipt of a final letter from the qualifying employer certifying eligibility for payment, including awardee’s current salary, and documentation verifying timely repayment of loans during the 12-month period. Funds will be sent to award recipients via check or EFT.
