E-Resources

The LSU Law Library offers a wide range of specialized databases, indexes to articles in legal publications, electronic journals and newsletters, and other assorted resources for researching U.S. law, international law, and the law of other countries. These resources can be discovered on the databases or publication finder page. Additional resources can by found by searching the catalog.

Use of some resources such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law is restricted to members of the LSU Law community.

Most all of the other electronic resources are available without an additional log-in requirement if accessed on the LSU Law campus, but a few may require an additional password. Any additional access restrictions are noted beside each database or journal title.

For off-campus access to these resources, you will be prompted to log-in using your myLSU credentials. For additional information about or help in using these resources, please consult the Reference Desk.
