Symposium Objective and Purpose

On Friday, Jan. 24, the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources will welcome professors and scholars from across the country to discuss issues regarding water resources law. Among the issues that will be discussed at the Navigating Legal Waters symposium will be changes to water resources law over the past decade, the implications of newly promulgated rules by the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, and the uncertainty presented by a lack of judicial decisions.

The Navigating Legal Waters symposium will be held in the McKernan Auditorium at the LSU Law Center.
