Symposium Objective and Purpose
The LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources 2018 symposium, Disruptive Technologies will be held February 23, 2018 in the McKernan Auditorium at the LSU Law Center.
This Symposium discussion will center around “Disruptive Technologies” – technologies that have disrupted the normal course of operations in the Energy Sector. The following topics will be included:
- Panel 1 – The Impact and Implementation of Solar Energy and Grid-Scale Storage
- Panel 2 – Wind Energy and its Future in the Energy Market
- Panel 3 – Fracking and LNG Exports
- Panel 4 – The Vehicle of Tomorrow: Questions Surrounding Autonomous Vehicles
About the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources
The LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources (JELR) is a student-edited academic journal at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center committed to developing and promoting a variety of topics in the purview of energy law. The JELR was established by students at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in November of 2011.
