Please complete the form below to be considered for assistance with a U.S. Military Discharge Upgrade. The deadline to fill out the information is November 7th at 5 pm CST.

Calls will be made to potential clients by LSU Law students under the supervision of attorneys on November 8, 2024.

Please watch for a call from an UNKNOWN NUMBER or unfamiliar number. You may need to check your phone settings to make sure unknown numbers are not automatically blocked.

We cannot guarantee that filling out the form will qualify you for services.

These services are open to all Louisiana residents who served in the United States Military seeking assistance for a discharge upgrade.

The registration for Discharge Upgrade assistance has closed, as we have reached the maximum capacity.
