Event Planning Assistance

  1. This page is for faculty and staff of the LSU Law Center to request event planning assistance. Students should request assistance using the SBA form.
  2. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your event. Final details must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to your event.
Large events requiring off-site venues and/or preferred catering should be requested as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of sites and caterers.

Scheduling

Before submitting a request for event assistance, please consult the LSU Law Calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.  Once your event is confirmed, please use the LSU Law Calendar Form to post your event to the web calendar and submit your room request.

Please be specific. Include needed tables, chairs, etc. for speakers and guests. If you are unsure of details, please note that here. Final details should be provided directly to Joelle Aucoin one week prior to your event.
