Low Income Tax Clinic
Open to 2Ls and 3Ls. Income Tax I is a pre-requisite or co-requisite. The students will meet with taxpayers and help resolve the taxpayer’s tax issues. Resolution of such matter generally requires negotiating with the IRS or representing the client in Tax Court.
