Student Reporting Form

Students can use this Student Reporting Form to submit information on their research paper and/or Applied Learning credits.

Students only need to report papers not written in LAW 5789 (Estate Planning Seminar) or LAW 5804 (Elder Law Seminar) courses. Papers written for those courses are automatically accounted for when auditing student transcripts.

Students only need to report Applied Learning credits not earned by taking LAW 5312 (Accounting for Lawyers), LAW 5610 (Advanced Legal Research), LAW 5613 (Louisiana Legal Research), LAW 5635 (Non-Profit Organization Practice), LAW 5638 (Estate Planning Practice), LAW 5822 (Legal Negotiations) or LAW 5823 (Law Office Management). Credit for those courses is automatically applied during the routine audit of student transcripts.

If students would like to track their own progress, they can use this downloadable form.
