Instructional Technology Services provides A/V services, equipment, and staff for LSU Law classes and officially sponsored LSU Law events.
Notice Policy
Requests for instructional support should be made at least two days in advance. Requests for event support should be made at least seven days in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for equipment or assistance outside of regular service hours, staff and resources permitting. To ensure equipment and staff availability, all requests should be made as far in advance as possible.
Instructional Recording Policy
LSU Law Instructional Technology Services provides video recording and streaming of class meetings upon receipt of written approval from a faculty member. Video recording and streaming services are only available in the following rooms: 106, 108, 110, 212, 214, 216, 301, 303, W210, W220, W230, Clinic Interview Rooms, and the Robinson Courtroom. Requests for video recordings during normal service hours should be made at least two days in advance.
Event Recording Policy
LSU Law Instructional Technology Services provides video recording and streaming of guest speakers, presentations, events, and student organization meetings. Video recording and streaming services are only available in the following rooms: 106, 108, 110, 212, 214, 216, 301, 303, W210, W220, W230, Clinic Interview Rooms, Robinson Courtroom, and McKernan Auditorium. Requests for video recordings during normal service hours should be made at least seven days in advance. Event organizers should contact LSU Law Communications & Alumni Relations to obtain speaker release forms.
