LSU Law 2025 Grad Fair
The LSU Law Grad Fair is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, March 18-19, 2025. At this event, you will be able to:
- Receive information and order rings, commencement invitations, and graduation announcements from Balfour
- Take your official LSU Law composite photo
Photographers and the Balfour rep will be in the Law Center at the following times on BOTH days:
8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Photographer (Tyson Room)
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Balfour (Student Lounge)
Graduation Gowns & Regalia, Ordered via LSU Bookstore and Oak Hall Regalia:
- You must purchase your regalia at the website listed: www.oakhallcg.com/pages/lsu
- Deadline to purchase FOR COMMENCEMENT is April 6, 2025.
Graduation Announcements, Invitations, and Rings, ordered via Balfour Company
- You must purchase your items at the website listed: www.balfour.com/lsu-law
- Prices are based on the quantity ordered.
- Rings are priced according to style, and take between 8-10 weeks.
Regalia Photos by The Grad Team photographers
All grads, including LLMs, are encouraged to take cap/tam and gown photos during the Grad Fair. The photos will be used in the Class of 2025 LSU Law Graduate Composite photo.
- Academic regalia photos will be taken in the Tyson Room. You must sign up for a time slot to have your photo taken.
- There is no sitting fee. It is free for you to have your photo taken to be included in the class composite.
- You will receive a free digital composite that includes all your classmates and have the option to purchase copies of your individual shots from The Grad Team after commencement.
- Please arrive for your scheduled appointment ready to go so you do not hold up the other appointments.
- If you have your personal set of regalia, please wear those. If you do not have a set yet, we will have one for you to borrow for the photo.

Can’t take your composite photo during the Grad Fair? Schedule an appointment on one of the photo make-up days- either March 26 or March 27.
Dress Code Preferences for Composite Photo: Business attire (sans suit coat). We recommend that dress necklines do not show above the gown and that any collared shirts be white with no pattern. Need inspiration? Past composites are on display in the library.
