The Liskow and Lewis Visiting Professor, Professor Bruce Kramer, will give a presentation on The Law of Zoning and Oil and Gas Operations that will include a discussion of the recent Louisiana appellate decision in St. Tammany Parish Gov't v. Welsh, while putting the case in a nation-wide perspective.
