This endowed scholarship was originally established in 2010 by Cox, Cox, Filo, Camel and Wilson of Lake Charles. Members of the firm later endowed a second scholarship. Partners Thomas Filo (’87), Paul J. Cox (’94), and Tina Wilson (2000) are LSU Law graduates.
The recipient of this scholarship must be a full-time second-or third-year student who is performing well in the classroom and has demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to residents of Calcasieu, Cameron, Beauregard, Allen, Jefferson Davis, Acadia, or Evangeline parishes.
