The Phelps Annual Scholarship was established in 2010 by the firm Phelps Dunbar LLP. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a deserving student(s) who will be selected at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee. THe recipient may be a current or entering full-time student of the Law Center.
