Friends and family of Professor Saul Litvinoff established this award in his memory. The recipient of this award must be a full-time student at the Law Center, and has earned the highest grade average each year in in the “Obligations” and “Property” classes. The recipient shall be selected annually by the Scholarship Committee or its successor. The award shall be for one semester only. The award may be withdrawn if the recipient is placed on disciplinary probation or fails to remain enrolled as a full-time student.
