He will also serve as the moderator of a judicial panel at a Mass Torts Conference in Las Vegas, one of the largest gatherings of Mass Tort lawyers in the nation with over 2,000 from all 50 states. Arsenault was also was selected by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as a Member of the Nation's Top One Percent.
