1970s

Robert Ryland Percy III ('76) has been selected to serve as interim mayor of the City of Gonzalez, Louisiana.

1980s

John L. Weimer ('80) was appointed to the National Center for State Court's Conference of Chief Justice Board at its annual meeting earlier this year. He will serve on seven committees while on the committee, including several joint committees with the Conference of State Court Administrators.


Richard J. Arsenault (’80) was nominated for selection as a Member of the Nation's Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.


Jay B. McCallum (’85), a Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court, has been appointed by his fellow Justices as the Court's ex officio appointee to the Council of the Louisiana State Law Institute, effective April 25.

2000s

Connor J. Krone ('22) has joined Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson in the firm’s Baton Rouge office as an Associate in the Casualty Litigation section.


Alyse Richard Latiolais (’08) has joined Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson’s Baton Rouge office as Of Counsel. Her primary practice is focused on administrative law, representing state licensing boards and state and local agencies in administrative proceedings and in state and federal court.

2010s

Valerie Fontenot (’13) has joined Jones Walker as special counsel in the litigation practice group. Fontenot works with provider organizations, senior health care executives and professionals to address compliance issues.


Lauren Brink Adams (’16) has been elected as a shareholder of Baker Donelson’s New Orleans office. She is a member of the firm's Logistics, Energy and Manufacturing Litigation Group.


John Wegmann (’18) has joined Chopin Law Firm in New Orleans as an associate practicing personal injury.
