1980s
Timothy Daniels (’85), a partner at Irwin Fritchie Urquhart Moore & Daniels, has been elevated to a named member of the firm. Daniels is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, President-Elect of the National Association of Railroad Counsel, former President of the New Orleans Bar Association’ and serves as an adjunct professor at LSU Law Center. His practice areas include complex litigation, railroad & transportation, pharmaceutical & medical device, products liability, trials, casualty, insurance, environmental & toxic tort, premises liability, asbestos and science & experts.
1990s
Marshall Grodner (’90), a McGlinchey Stafford partner, has been appointed to serve on the Louisiana State Bar Institute’s Uniform Commercial Code Committee, the official advisory law revision commission, law reform agency and legal research agency of Louisiana. Grodner represents both Louisiana and out-of-state lenders and borrowers in large commercial finance transactions in the commercial lending, finance and real estate practice areas.
2000s
Betsy F. Knotts (’07) has joined Bass, Berry & Sims’ Nashville office as a counsel for local governments in public finance and economic development incentives. Prior to her new role, Knotts most recently served as director of the Division of Local Government Finance with the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury, where she assisted local governments in all areas of municipal finance and drafted legislation on issues related to local government debt issuance.

Brittany Williams Flanders (’21) has joined Kean Miller’s New Orleans office as an associate practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group.
Elyce Ieyoub (21) joined Chaffe McCall’s New Orleans office as an associate representing businesses and organizations in civil and commercial litigation.
Sydney St. Pierre (’21) has joined Kean Miller’s Baton Rouge office as an associate practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group.
Andre Bellefontaine (’22) has joined Kean Miller’s Baton Rouge office as an associate practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group.
David T. Judd (’21) has joined Kean Miller’s New Orleans office as an associate practicing with offshore energy and marine litigation group.
Austin Pottorff (’22) has joined Fuerst, Carrier & Ogden’s Lake Charles office as an associate in the Family Law practice area.
Dylan Scully (’22) has joined Kean Miller’s Baton Rouge office as an associate practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group.
Andrew B. Young (’22) has joined Kean Miller’s New Orleans office as an associate practicing with the offshore energy and marine litigation group.
