Richard Arsenault (’80) was awarded the Top Rating by Avvo for 2021 and Chaired the Insurance, Tort, Worker's Compensation, and Admiralty Law Section CLE at the LSBA Annual Convention. He was appointed as a Planning Steering Committee member for Multidistrict Litigation Conference at the George Washington Law School Complex Litigation Center and will be a speaker this fall at their first annual invitation-only MDL conference which includes 50 members of the Federal Bench. Arsenault was also selected to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers guide and selected by peers to be included in the 28th edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Arsenault has also been appointed to serve as a Reviewer in the development of a compendium of Multidistrict Litigation best practices by George Washington Law School. He is also co-founder of the Baylor Law Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management program, which has assembled leading-edge litigation specialists, seasoned general counsel, accomplished Judges, top litigation professors, and nationally recognized thought leaders.
