1970s
Philip K. Jones, Jr. (’74) of Liskow & Lewis has been ranked in the state of Louisiana in the 2020 edition of Chambers USA – America's Leading Lawyers for Business (Bankruptcy/Restructuring).
1980s
Richard Arsenault (’80) has been invited by the American Bar Association to author two chapters in the third edition of its A Practitioner's Guide to Class Actions treatise. His co-authors will include LSU Interim President Thomas C. Galligan Jr. and Emory Law School Professor Jaime L. Dodge. Arsenault was also selected by Martindale Hubbell to receive an AV Preeminent Rating, and was nominated for inclusion in Who's Who In America.

1990s
Stephan Kinsella ('91), an intellectual property attorney in Houston, had his book "International Investment, Political Risk, and Dispute Resolution: A Practitioner's Guide," Second Edition, published April 2, 2020 by Oxford University Press. His co-authors are Noah D. Rubins, Partner, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paris and Thomas N. Papanastasiou, Assistant Professor in Law, Neapolis University, Cyprus. The book is an update to the first edition, published in 2005.
Perrier & Lacoste continues to expand its firm with the addition of Norman “Skeet” Anseman III ('97) and the opening of its second office in Louisiana. By having Anseman as local counsel in its new Lafayette office, the firm says it will be able to better serve its clients throughout Louisiana, as well as across Mississippi from its offices in Gulfport and Jackson.
Michael Golemi (’99) of Liskow & Lewis has been ranked in the state of Louisiana in the 2020 edition of Chambers USA – America's Leading Lawyers for Business (Transportation: Shipping/Maritime: Litigation—outside New York).
2010s
Danielle Borel ('14) of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson has received the American Bar Association’s 2020 On the Rise - Top 40 Young Lawyers Award. She practices in both commercial and healthcare litigation.
