Van R. Mayhall Jr. (’71) of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (Business & Corporate), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
David R. Cassidy (’75) of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (Tax), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.

John T. Andrishok (’93) has joined Taylor Porter as special counsel at its Baton Rouge office. He has represented clients in construction litigation, and labor and employment law, since 1997.
Minor Pipes III (’96), Stephen L. Miles, Kristin L. Beckman and Catherine F. Giarrusso have founded a new law firm, Pipes Miles Beckman, LLC.
Hon. Daniel Stretcher (’97) of Jennings City Court has been elected president of the Louisiana City Judges Association for the 2019-20 term.

Emily B. Grey (’00) of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (Health Care), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Shera Grant (’02) has been appointed by Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley to fill a seat on the Jefferson County District Civil Court vacated by Judge John G. "Jack" Lowther, who retired.

Kenn Barnes Jr. (’15) has been honored by the American Bar Association with its On The Rise: Top 40 Young Lawyers in America award. Barnes serves as Special Counsel-Criminal Justice to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
Mahogane Reed (’16) recently joined the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund Inc., as the John Payton Appellate and Supreme Court Advocacy Fellow. She was previously a litigation associate at a trial-based boutique law firm in Houston.
