| N. Stephan Kinsella ('91) appeared before the Yale Political Union to debate in the affirmative the topic, "Resolved: Intellectual Property Should Be Abolished!" (Dec. 5, 2017). He lectures and speaks frequently on legal and political theory. He has published several books including Louisiana Civil Law Dictionary (Quid Pro Books, 2011). Forthcoming books include International Investment, Political Risk, and Dispute Resolution: A Practitioner’s Guide, 2nd ed. (Oxford University Press, 2018) and Law in a Libertarian World: Legal Foundations of a Free Society (PFS Press, 2018). |
