E. Fredrick Preis, Jr. (’71), an attorney at Breazeale, Sachse and Wilson, L.L.P., has been named one of the Top Lawyers by New Orleans Magazine for Labor and Employment Law.
Eve B. Masinter (’79), an attorney at Breazeale, Sachse and Wilson, L.L.P. has been named one of the Top Lawyers by New Orleans Magazine for Labor and Employment Law.

Mark Menezes (’81) has been confirmed by the United States Senate as Undersecretary of Science and Energy

1990s

Kristine Russell (’96) has assumed the role of interim district attorney for Lafourche Parish.

2000s

Brandon J. Fremin (’03) has been nominated to serve as the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Louisiana

2010s

Minia E. Bremenstul (’14) has joined Jones Walker LLP’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in the firm’s New Orleans office
R. Kyle Alagood ('15), formerly an assistant professor at Gannon University, entered public service as Communications Director for U.S. Representative Donald M. Payne Jr. in the Congressman's Washington, D.C., office.
Lucas Self ('16) joined the chambers of Chief U.S. District Judge Brian A. Jackson as a term law clerk. Last year, he clerked for Chief Judge Carl Stewart in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Leah Canaday Cook (’17) has joined Taylor Porter as an associate.
Caroline Darwin (’17) has joined Taylor Porter as an associate.
Madison M. Hentze (’17) has joined Jones Walker LLP’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s New Orleans office.
Henry “Hank” Rauschenberger (’17) has joined Jones Walker LLP’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Baton Rouge office.
