Warren L. Mengis ('50) retired from the LSU Law Center after nearly 30 years as a professor.
Harold Brouillette ('54) teaches family law and substance abuse classes at Avoyelles and J. Levy Dabadie Correctional Centers in Louisiana. He was recently featured in the American Correctional Association's publication Best in the Business for his efforts.
1960s
George Griffing ('60) has moved to Pineville and now limits his practice to real estate transactions.
1970s
Katherine Spaht ('71) retired from the LSU Law Center after 36 years as a professor.
Ron Faucheux ('74) is president of the Clarus Research Group, a new national polling and public affairs research firm. He also teaches at George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management and the Public Policy Institute at Georgetown University.
Jack Langlois ('76) is one of three attorneys establishing a Houston office for DLA Piper, the nation's largest law firm.
Mike McClelland ('76) is attorney in the Frisco, Texas, office of Strasburger & Price, LLP.
Kerry John Anzalone ('78) is a federal administrative law judge with the Social Security Administration's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in New Orleans.
Anne Keaty ('78) is a professor of legal studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
W. Kent Aguillard ('79) is with the firm Hoychick & Aguillard, LLP in Eunice, Louisiana.
William H. Pugh ('79) has been named the new managing partner of Liskow & Lewis' Houston office.

Bill Conway ('82) was named a partner in the Skadden Arps Washington, D.C., firm.
Jane Taber ('82) has formed Taber, Estes, Thorne & Carr PLLC in Dallas. It is one of the rare, multi-partner, women-owned law firms in the country.

Brian Arabie ('01) has opened a new practice in Lake Charles focusing on commercial/business transactions and litigation, oil and gas and property law.

Brenda Winters ('04) received her M.P.A. and M.A. in liberal arts from LSU. She was also recently nominated by LSU for the 2008 Presidential Management Fellowship Program and has started a private management consulting practice.
Jayson Durden ('06) is a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. and has been selected for major. He recently served in Ramadi, Iraq, as the Battalion Judge Advocate for 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines.
Carli Beckett ('07) recently received her LL.M. degree in taxation from Georgetown University, where she graduated with distinction from the Honors Program. She will soon begin clerking for Judge Michael B. Thornton of the U.S. Tax Court.
Aaron Lewis Moyse ('07) is working for Jeri Flynn and Associates, APLC in Baton Rouge.
Trevor Wilson ('07) recently graduated from NYU's LL.M. program in taxation. He is now associated with the Jones Walker law firm.
