External Teams
The LSU Law Center fields teams of students to a number of different moot court (appellate advocacy), trial advocacy, and dispute resolution competitions across the United States. All external team members receive one academic credit, pass/fail, for their membership on their team. For more information on the program’s many successes, see our full competitions resume. Students with additional questions should contact Professor Brooks.
In order to be considered for membership on a team, students must go through the tryouts process for the type of team that they wish to be on. LSU Law students who are interested in trying out for any of the external competition teams should self-enroll in the LSU Law Advocacy Competition Resources Moodle page. (Access to this page requires MyLSU login credentials.)
